Slewing Drive Cycloidal Speed Reducer Loading 3000Nm
Features:
a. Multitooth meshing output, big output torque radius value, powerful carrying capacity.
Adopt modification of “positive equidistant + negative shift ” and reasonable modification parameter, realize “roachback tooth form” design of tooth profile, to homogenize loading between gear teeth of reducer and achieve large torque transmission function.
b.High-precision transmission, large output stiffness,low retrace tolerance, backlash error below 0.05°
Because multitooth mesh at same time, the loading situation is similar with spline. Therefore, it has extremely torsional rigidity and tiny retrace tolerance. Made of high precision gear and planetary, gear is made of hammering high wear-resisting, high-quality alloy material, surface-hardening treatment; processed with precision grinding machining.
