SMR Shaft Mounted Speed Reducer Are Totally Enclosed And Consist Of Hardened & Precision Machined Alloy Steel Gears Mounted On Highly Finished Shafts Supported On Long Life Bearings Of Capacity To Take Maximum Load. Two Piece Close Grain C.I. Housing Provide Sturdy Support And Insures Permanent Accurate Alignment Of All Components. It Does Not Require Any Foundation, Couple & Alignment Etc.


SMR Shaft Mounted Speed Reducer Are Used In Road Construction Machinery, Cement Industry, Mining Industries, Material Handling Equipment’s, Crushing Plants, Conveyor system, and Power Transmission Equipments.


SMR Shaft Mounted Speed Reducer Are Available In 6 Different Sizes Like C, D, E, F, G, H, And Having Gears Ratios Of 5:1, 13:1, 20:1.

SMR Reducer Specification:

 

1. Additional case lugs except 85 and 100 gear case

Eliminates the need for critical tightening of torque arm bolts. Controls position of standard torque arm mounting within recommended limits.

 

2. Bearings and oilseals

Bearings are adequately proportioned and conform to ISO dimension plan, readily available world-wide. Oilseals are double garter spring type, ensuring effctive oil sealings.

 

3. Rubberised end caps

Self sealing intermediate cover plates, to standard ISO housing dimensions.

 

4. Backstops

alternative parts, anti-run back device, are available on all 13:1 and 20:1 ratio units and do not recommend for 5:1 units
