HDR high precision dual shafts drive device performance features
Multitooth meshing output, big output torque radius value, powerful carrying capacity with self-locking capacity.
Break through the general rigidity mesh transmission only 1-2 pair teeth mesh limitations. Realized the multitooth mesh together and drive output. Therefore it had high carrying capacity and anti-impact overload capacity.
Inside with big diameter bearings construction increase the loading capacity of outside support. Increase the torque stiffness and max allow torque. In the same outline dimensions the transmission capacity is 2-4 times bigger than double lead, second formed worm drive.
High-precision transmission, large output stiffness, low retrace tolerance, output backlash error below 0.015°
